Por ejemplo, en el caso del tripolifosfato s\u00f3dico, el mecanismo de acci\u00f3n es el de <strong>estabilizaci\u00f3n electrost\u00e1tica<\/strong>, ya que se producen alteraciones del potencial el\u00e9ctrico efectivo de las part\u00edculas obteniendo as\u00ed la estabilizaci\u00f3n de la suspensi\u00f3n; el fosfonato s\u00f3dico emplea el mecanismo de captura de<strong> cationes<\/strong> ya que es capaz de actuar como agente quelante y captar cationes provenientes de la suspensi\u00f3n arcillosa y el poliacrilato s\u00f3dico, el mecanismo de estabilizaci\u00f3n por <strong>impedimento est\u00e9rico, en este caso al introducir mol\u00e9culas org\u00e1nicas polim\u00e9ricas, se genera una fuerza de repulsi\u00f3n ocasionada por un impedimento est\u00e9rico.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Ventajas<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>un menor consumo de energ\u00eda<\/li><li>una mayor eficiencia de producci\u00f3n y mayor calidad del producto final<\/li><li>mayor producci\u00f3n<\/li><li>menor cantidad de agua necesaria y altos valores de densidad<\/li><li>reducci\u00f3n de tiempo en la fase de molienda, tanto en v\u00eda h\u00fameda como en v\u00eda seca.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>ADISPER<\/strong><\/span> es la serie de defloculantes de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aditivosceramicos.com\">Aditivos Cer\u00e1micos S.L.<\/a> Comercializamos una amplia gama de productos qu\u00edmicos que est\u00e1n especialmente formulados para para mejorar las propiedades reol\u00f3gicas de la industria cer\u00e1mica, donde se incluyen los esmaltes, barbotinas, engobes y pastas serigr\u00e1ficas.<\/p><p>Nuestros defloculantes incluyen f\u00f3rmulas tradicionales en base a sales metales alcalinos de tipo tripolifosfato, hexametafosfato, poliacrilato y silicato.
