Under the name ADISPER<\/strong><\/span>, Aditivos Cer\u00e1micos markets a wide range of deflocculants specifically formulated to improve the rheological properties of glazes, slips and serigraphic pastes.\n\nThe use of different polyelectrolytes and active principles in the formulation of our deflocculants allows us to offer our clients personalized solutions, with which to improve the workability and rheology of the pastes, increasing in most cases the productivity and quality of the final product.\n\nOur range of ADISPER<\/span><\/strong> deflocculants includes traditional formulas based on the Na+ and Mg2+ salts of the tripolyphosphate, hexametaphosphate, polyacrylate and silicate type. Within this group of products we include liquids that are easy to apply and act quickly. These products are characterized by the fact that by adding very low doses, we are able to increase the viscosity of glazes, slips, serigraphy and other ceramic products.\n\nGiven the different nature of each of the thickeners marketed by Adtitivos Cer\u00e1micos, we have managed to formulate multifunctional products that not only act as viscosity regulators but also allow those defects due to the preparation and application of the pastes, and\/or the production process to be corrected.\n\nTo optimize the production process, it is essential to regulate the viscosity of the pastes, and to be able to correct the defects that may arise due to the preparation of the pastes (i.e.: an excess of deflocculant), to the application of the same (degree of fluidity), and\/or the production process (application method).\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Within this group of products we include all additives designed to modify the viscosity and thixotropy of enamels. Rheological additives are widely used in sanitary ceramics, where it is essential to adjust the viscosity, thixotropy and drying time of the glaze.\n\nCompared to the traditional use of CMC’s, this type of additive not only provides binding power to the enamel, but also greater thixotropy and better control of drying times. Aditivos Cer\u00e1micos presents within its range of ADICIDE preservatives two lines of products: products derived from isothiazolones (MIT\/CIT) and those derived from benzoisothiazolones (BIT). These two lines of formulations are presented both in solid form (absorbed on kaolin) or in liquid form at different concentrations. They are characterized by being broad-spectrum biocides both to combat bacterial growth and fungal proliferation.\n\nPreservatives formulated with isothiazolones (MIT\/CIT) are highly effective at very low concentrations and present great stability in usual pH ranges (6-8.5). Formulations derived from benzoisothiazolones (BIT) have the advantage of their great stability even at pH’s above 10.\n
